Mission Statement

The Independent Living Resource Center, Inc. is an organization of, by and for persons with disabilities. Our purpose is to assist and encourage individuals to achieve an optimal level of self-sufficiency while eliminating the architectural, communication and attitudinal barriers that prevent full participation in the community.
