Emergency Kits & PPE

Complete the form below to place an order to receive Emergency Kits and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from ILRC.

Please Note:

  • Quantities are limited and will be offered while supply lasts.
  • Emergency Kits and PPE will be available for individuals with disabilities, older adults, and their families in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.
  • To complete the application, individuals will need to fill out a formal ILRC Intake to obtain the Emergency Kits or PPE if they are not already a consumer.
  • An ILRC advocate will contact you after submitting your application and will provide you with scheduling pick-up information.

Each ILRC Emergency Kit
can contain up to:

  • 1 Drawstring Bag
  • 1 Poncho
  • 2 Emergency Drinking Water
  • 1 Safety Light
  • 1 Paracord Bracelet
  • 2 Hand Warmers

Each PPE Kit
can contain up to:

  • 3 Face Shields
  • 5 Disposable Masks
  • 3 White Washable Masks
  • 4 Gloves
  • 1 Bottle of Sanitizer
  • English/Spanish Brochure
  • PSPS Information Flyer
  • ILRC Services Flyer
