Understanding, Avoiding, and Responding to Microaggressions

A webinar for people with disabilities and those who are able-bodied
The webinar will include an introduction to microaggressions, helping participants to understand what they are, why people engage in them, as well as to provide participants with a variety of ways to respond to them.
This webinar will also present and discuss the concept of allyship, encouraging both people with and without disabilities to be allies to others, and equipping them with tools and approaches that will help them to do so.
